Terms of Purchase for SpaceBetween AB

1. Company Information
Purchases made on this website are the responsibility of SpaceBetween AB, with organization number 559172-7317 and Lanna Solbacka 1 719 93 Vintrosa. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see paragraph 11.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT and other fees. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.
3. Delivery
Usually, the item will be shipped from us no later than 5 working days after the order is received. If the item is not in stock, we will get back to the buyer when the item can be back in stock. You can always cancel the purchase, see paragraph 5.
4. Shipping
We ship your order via PostNord. Shipping costs are stated in connection with the purchase.
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item, contact us at [email protected]. You can always cancel within 14 days, see paragraph 7.
6. Complaints
If there is a defect in the item, you should notify us within a reasonable time after you discover it (specify how) about the defect. We will then inform you on how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints are found in the Consumer Purchase Act).
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time you as the buyer have received the item, according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. If you want to cancel the purchase and return the item in substantially unchanged condition, you will get back the purchase amount for the item, excluding shipping costs.
We do not accept returns if the protective plastic is broken. Our policy prohibits returns for health reasons and to ensure the integrity of the product.
8. Warranty
Our warranty is stated for each individual product in the webshop. See the product specification for each item for more information (if you do not have a warranty, state this, or skip this point).
9. Payment
We require payment for the item from the time it is shipped from us.
10. Card Information
When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB.
11. Personal Data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to conduct our business. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you.
